One would expect the US government to favor its own citizens when it comes to hiring. US citizens would thus be given first priority during recruitment and hiring processes. Most job vacancies would thus be reserved for US citizens.
Does anyone here know whether the US uses a quota system to ensure that its citizens are favored during hiring?
